Graduated in Automation and Control Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Itajubá - UNIFEI, I have always been a person interested in technology, innovation and project management.

Throughout my career I had the opportunity to learn about these areas, through my academic background and professional experiences.

I currently work with customer support and success and seek to improve my knowledge in these fields, as well as in English and Spanish languages.

As I always strive to be a better version of myself, I know that there is still much to know and expand my knowledge even further.
