In this section, we will create a simple TODO list application, which will be used to validate our cloud deployment in the other sections.
In this section, we will work directly through the AWS web console. We will create an EC2 instance, configure SSH access and access the machine to upload our code. We will also create a relational database through RDS, and access it through our EC2 instance.
In this section, we will repeat the structure previously defined by the AWS console using the HCL language and Terraform. We will see how easy it is to make changes using this approach, and how we can easily tear down and rebuild the infrastructure.
