# Why teaching is the best way to learn?

All of us receive data about the environment all the time: behavior, images, sounds, etc…, and these things, often, are processed in our subconscious.

When you’re teaching, you’re receiving enormous amounts of data, passively or actively. All the data is processed and becomes information. This is a natural process and makes part of who we are.

When we teach, besides reinforcing our technical knowledge, we also improve our ability to transmit and organize ideas and execute actions to achieve a determined goal, because teaching doesn’t only speak about a matter or write a code: Teaching requires good communication, organization, “feeling”, and knowledge.

Another important characteristic of teaching is continuous motivation based on the delivery of the aggregate value. It’s graceful to see the evolution of who you’re teaching in each lesson.
